Section 1. Admission Requirements
a. Original Copy of High School Report Card (SF9)
b. Birth Certificate/Certificate of Live Birth from PSA – Original (for Authentication) + Photocopy
c. Certificate of Good Moral Character
d. ID pictures (2”x 2”) 2 copies in the background with a nameplate

Section 2. Enrollment Procedure
A student is considered officially enrolled for the semester if he/she has paid his/her tuition fees, either partially or in full, and has submitted all the admission requirements at the Registrar’s Office.

Section 3. Admission for Incoming Freshmen and Transferees
Complete the online registration form by clicking the link provided. Expect to receive an assessment form at your registered email address.
a. Submit a digital or scanned copy of the following admission documents.
b. Process your payment through online banking or counter deposit. Bank details will be sent through your registered email address.
c. A digital copy of your receipt will be sent through email upon confirmation of the transaction. Make sure to send the proof of your payment.
d. Once you submitted all hard copies of admission requirements and your proof of payment, you will receive a copy of the Certificate of Registration in your registered email.

Section 4. Late Registration
a. A student may enroll and be admitted following the reasonable rules of the College for late enrollment, but which in no case shall exceed two weeks after the opening of classes. (Sec. 62, para b., DECS MRPS, 1992).
b. No student will be allowed to enroll two weeks after the opening of regular classes unless an enrollment application has the prior approval of the President.

Section 5. Extra-Academic Policies for Admission
a. Students seeking admission or re-admission must not have been involved in any act contrary to public morals and laws of the Philippines.
b. The College has the right to require a student/enrollee to undergo a drug test at an accredited drug test laboratory.
c. Students who have a record or history of serious psychiatric disorder shall not be admitted to the College. UCACOA reserves the right to terminate a student found to be mentally and emotionally unfit even after the fact of admission or registration.
d. Students who have been rejected admission for cause by another institution shall also be denied registration by UCACOA.
e. Students who have been convicted of criminal cases in Philippine Courts shall be required to present clearance from PNP and NBI or a certified true copy of the court decision.
f. Any person suspected or proven to be engaged in programs publicly advocating the overthrow of the government shall be denied admission or readmission to UCACOA.

The College has the right to deny admission of any student who has had a history of habitual delinquency in violating the Student Code of Conduct outlined in the UCACOA Student Manual.
